Last night, actually early this morning after I awoke in the midst of a horrible coughing fit, I thought to myself I should create a blog for pictures of blue things. I'm not sure where this came from, but by midday today, I decided that widening my scope to include green might be in my best interest. I'm afraid this blog will end up in my growing pile of incomplete and neglected projects, but here it is.

I'm hoping this blog will inspire me to at least take a few seconds each day to tap a little creative brain cell and snap a photograph. Ultimately, I hope that I'll use the site to do some things besides what I do on News, meaning do something besides look at, write about, think about, etc. The Kid.

I only have two rules:

Pictures must be dominated by blue or green or both or feature a blue or green object.

No baby pictures.

And if you have a blue or green image you'd like to share with my readers*, just let me know and I'll post it.

So here's my first. Possibly my last.
